Questions, answered plainly.

Is six weeks a real number?

It is a real delivery window for a scoped project of the kind that traditionally runs a couple of quarters. It is not a promise for every scope. We size the work before quoting a date, and on fixed projects the date is contractual. You do not have to take the six weeks on trust either: working software arrives every week, so you can see the trajectory from week one.

How often do you deliver?

Every week. Not a demo, not a status report: tested software running in an environment you can use. That is the single biggest difference between us and a project-shaped engagement, because it means the plan gets corrected weekly instead of at a milestone review three months in. It also means you can change your mind, and we can absorb it.

What makes your engineers 10x faster?

Nothing makes one engineer work ten times harder. Three things compound instead: engineers certified in AI-native ways of working, the 10x Factory methodology built around short weekly Plan, Code and Feedback loops, and our delivery platform, which handles scaffolding, migration, test generation and first-pass review. Any one of the three on its own gives you a modest gain. Together they change the shape of the project, and with it the team size, the timeline and the cost.

How do you maintain quality?

Certified engineers own the architecture, the engineering decisions and the review. Agents accelerate the repetitive work; they do not make the judgement calls. Every week ends in tested software and real feedback, so problems surface in days rather than at the end of a six-month cycle.

How much does it cost?

Per engineer for individuals, per team for managed delivery, and fixed price for fixed projects. Pricing is quoted against scope, not seat count.

We don't compete by selling cheaper engineers. We change the economics of delivery: smaller teams, shorter timelines and a delivery platform that does the mechanical work. That is why the total cost of a delivered outcome is usually well below the equivalent traditional engagement, even though the day rate is not the lowest on your list. We will also tell you when the fixed-price route is the wrong one for what you are asking.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do, in all three engagement models. Our delivery platform stays ours and is licensed for the engagement; everything built for you is yours outright.

What about security and our data?

Engineers work inside your environment, under your access controls and your review process. We expect a security review and we bring the documentation for it. Where a client requires it, the delivery platform runs inside their own perimeter.

Can our engineers maintain what you build?

That is the deliverable, not an afterthought. Production deployment comes with documentation and a working handover, and because we ship weekly your engineers can join the loop during delivery rather than being briefed at the end. We are not trying to become permanent.

What happens if the work isn't suitable for fixed price?

Then we say so. Genuinely exploratory work, or work blocked behind decisions you have not made yet, is better run as a managed team until the scope is stable. Fixed price with an unstable scope only moves the argument to the end of the project.

For that case we offer three and six-month engagements instead: a standing 10x Factory team working your roadmap week by week, with the loop and the weekly delivery cadence intact and the scope allowed to move. Most clients who start this way convert individual pieces to fixed price once the scope settles.

How quickly can you start?

Scoping takes days rather than weeks. Once scope is agreed, engineers are on your system in week one. The factory setup is a standing capability, not something we build per client.

Do you replace our team?

No. Individual engineers embed into your teams and work your backlog. Managed teams take a defined outcome alongside your organisation. Even on fixed projects the deliverable includes documentation and a handover your own engineers can run.
